Fan Behavior
It's everyone's job to create a positive atmosphere for our kids. As such, please be supportive of all kids and umpires (e.g., no heckling umpires and players). Many fan issues tend to arise with the 'strike zone' being called by the umpire. The strike zone in Little League can run between the knees and shoulders, and can be one or two baseball widths wider than the plate to encourage the kids to swing the bats. As long as the umpire is calling the zone fairly / consistently for both teams, the kids need to make the adjustment to the zone being called. Umpires are human too, so occasionally mistakes are made.
