Practice Fields
Attached are the permits for the fields. If another group is using the fields during our permitted times, they must promptly vacate the field and honor our permit.
If a group doesn't vacate or gives you a hard time, please find out the organization they are with so that we can report them to Park and Rec. If they are reported as not honoring a permit, they can be cited, and/or Park and Rec can rescind any existing permit they have, and/or not issue them permits in the future. Feel free to let them know the potential consequences.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Our permits take priority over all 'secondary' permits. Soccer has a 'secondary' permit for Bay View Terrance which gives them priority over everyone but us. If we need BVT, and Soccer is practicing, then Soccer must immediately vacate Bay View Terrance(or move to an area that doesn't interfere per our judgement).
