Teams

Teams are typically created in late January or early February. Once the teams are created, the rosters and manager/coach names will posted here.

Teams are created by using a draft method in order to make the teams as evenly balanced as possible. Players attend at least one skills assessment day at which the coaches and MBLL Board of Directors gather information on the players to be used for the creation of teams.

Given that MBLL serves the 92109 and 92037 communities, it's highly likely your child will be on a team with people he/she knows from school or other neighborhood activities.  Please note that requests to be on the same as a friend (a.k.a. friend requests) cannot always be implemented due to the higher priority need to balance the teams using our draft system.
